Commitment and care
Building services are not a side show; they are the system that makes a building habitable. We treat them accordingly — with attention to detail and the intent to hand over every project in better shape than the minimum standard requires.
Trust and transparency
We say early what a project will cost, what it cannot achieve and where the risks sit. Even when the honest answer means less work for us. Trust is built on reliability, not on promises.
Client focus
A developer needs decision papers, an architect needs constraints, a property manager needs cost certainty. We adapt the depth and language of our work to the role you hold in the project.
Experience and technical depth
New build and existing stock, residential and commercial, heat pump and district heating: our engineers know the practice — including the details that only become awkward on site.
Creativity and innovation
Digital tools are a means, not an end. We deploy BIM, simulation and monitoring where they produce measurable benefit, and leave them out where they only generate effort.
Sustainability and responsibility
Buildings account for around 40 per cent of Swiss energy consumption. Whoever designs them co-determines decades of operation. We accept that responsibility with concepts that survive the next legislative revision.
