On working days we respond within 24 hours, by phone or email depending on which channel you give us. For urgent construction matters, call us directly on +41 56 441 22 23.
Is the first conversation chargeable?
No. The initial conversation to clarify your requirement is free and without obligation. You receive a proposal only once we have defined a scope together.
What documents should I have to hand?
Where available: floor plans, details of construction year and use, energy invoices for recent years and any existing plant or as-built drawings. Missing documents are not an obstacle — we survey what is needed.
