38 Grad Gebäudetechnik GmbH takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains which data we process when you visit this website, for what purpose and on what basis. Data we process
Server log files
When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically stores data in server log files: the page requested, date and time, volume transferred, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL and a truncated IP address. This processing is necessary for secure and stable operation. The data is not combined with other sources and is deleted after 30 days at the latest.
Contact form
If you write to us through the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, and where given company, phone number and message) solely to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. Transmission is encrypted via TLS. We retain the information for as long as processing requires or statutory retention periods demand.
To protect against automated submissions we use technical measures including a hidden form field and a timing check. No additional personal data is collected and nothing is transmitted to third parties.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no analytics, tracking or marketing cookies and embeds no third-party audience measurement services. No external fonts are loaded from third-party servers — all typefaces are served locally. For that reason no cookie banner is required.
Map service
On some pages we offer the option to display an OpenStreetMap map. The map loads only after you explicitly click. Doing so establishes a connection to the servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation and transmits your IP address. Without your consent, no connection is made.
Social media links
We embed no social media plugins. The icons in the footer are ordinary links. Only when you click them are you taken to the respective platform, whose own data protection terms then apply.
Hosting
This website is operated by a hosting provider. The provider processes the log file data described above on our behalf and is contractually bound to comply with data protection requirements.
Your rights
Within the scope of applicable law you have the right to information about the data processed concerning you, and to its correction, deletion or restriction of processing. You may also object to processing and request the release or transfer of your data. Please write to gebaeudetechnik@38grad.ch. You additionally have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority — in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Data security
The website is served exclusively over encrypted HTTPS. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access.
Changes
We reserve the right to amend this policy so that it continues to meet current legal requirements. The version in force at the time of your visit applies.
